Tammy most people live in a bubble an dont wont to thank about cops being dirty. But you see it on tv its alive an well in Greenville. The local TV stations turn there head on dont report the facts. An the Pitt County Commisoners look the other way. Its not right for the people of PITT County have to PAY TO DEFEND A LIER . He did it it should have to come out of his pocket. An why go out of town to get a lawyer. if he wont gilty. Earl has a lot of proof. Its a shame of what kind of sheriff we have. I ASK EVERY ONE THAT READES THIS TO GET SOME LETTERS FROM THE STORE AN LIST THIS WEBSIGHT ON THERE CAR AS I HAVE TO GET THE WORD OUT . David Sutton aka Moses keep up the good work.

This story is crazy but not hard to believe. I am not from NC nor from the south. I am from Boston originaly by way of the USAF. i have been in many states and a few countries. I know Ma liberals have there crazy way of thinking but at least there is no good ol boy system like they have in small towns in the south. escpecialy in Pitt Co NC. many people here are great. but alot hide behind there religion. claim to be christians and all that. but the first job i got when i came to Greenville was with a guy named Brandon Tate who owns Carolina Wireless. a US cellular store and Dish Network retailer and installer. I installed Dish Net for him. he claimed to be a christian but he would rob and steal from you 6 days a week and make up for it on sunday. i bellieve the sheriff is the same way. like many important people here in NC. how could something like this happen in our country. it is crazy. i also worked in the jail but was not going to be hired because i lived with my finace. (cohabitation). so imoral for the sheriff of pitt co. but he lets his deputies work at a strip club. i told them i was going to get married in a few months so they hired me. our local Gov is so corrupt. our sheriff and greenville police depts do not work together. ask them why they refuse to help one another. now the officers low on the pole might help eachother but the higher ups dont alow it. ask why a x Detention officer got arrested for what INMATES said. she now lost her career and has a felony on her record because of it. not sure if she was found guilty or not but it will show up at least as a suspect. she was great to work with. i believe hat the sheriff and his people covered up the MURDER. the deputies that know anything need to be put on the witness stand and made to tell the truth because the shriff will fire if they voluntarily tell the truth. because we work for the PLEASURE OF THE SHERIFF. lucky us or them. a state agency needs to look att his hard SBI. plus as a comunity we nned to at the least vote in a new sheriff. MAC IS CORRUPT. he needs to got o jail him self. he is a felon.

Earl Thanks for your comments. I don’t think anyone on this site has an doubt that Mac Manning is a liar!!!!. But what you have you should posted on his website if you can for all the world to see. I suggest that someone call 9 on your side and let do a live story and call the buff of these people we have elected to run this county. I feel that David Sutton is like Moses in the wilderness leading people to justice. We will cross the Red Sea and justice will prevail. Good thing come to those that wait. Justice is a good thing. Please I encourage everyone to continue to e-mail this info to Nancy Grace, MSNBC, Dateline, Dr. Phil, Montel Show and another source that can help us out. My suggestion to MAC BIG BOY bow out gracefully, in the past of history people have made mistakes and just bowed out and ask for forgiveness……thought every crossed your mind Mac.

When you elect an man to be Sheriff . an never thank he would lie an cover up . I can not say about other Countys but I can say SHERIFF Mac Manning has an do. Itakes one lie to cover up another one. He dont care who it hurts or affects. If you thank that MAC MANNING dont lie I have proof and in black an white. Its time for people to see what kind of Sheriff Pitt County has. David, now that over 60 signatures are on the Justice for Stacey Pollard Petition (http://www.petitiononline.com/slpgnc05/petition.html), what is the next step? We can’t just let this go away; that’s what Mac Manning and Michelle Pollard and their attorneys are counting on.

All who are interested in seeing justice done, PLEASE keep spreading the word about the injustice in Stacey’s case. GET THE WORD OUT; tell your family members, friends, colleagues; post the site on public bulletin boards and other highly-visible sites, and continue to notify national media. Let’s do more than just talk about it on this site.

What has happened to Stacey’s family could happen to my family or yours, especially with the so-called ‘leadership’ that we have in the sheriff’s office.

Just want to clear up that i did not hear Channel 9 state that it was
the initial 911 call made and they did not say it was not, so i would like to
know that answer… Did Michelle made the first 911 call or did someone else
make that call??? Also why would someone call 911 and state that there
was more to the death of Stacey Pollard anyway unless they saw or knew
something?? What does it sound like to you folks—more secrets that was
swept under the rug!!

Mac’s lawyers are asking for sanctions (ie money) from Pollard’s attorney. Basically he’s saying their attorney acted immorally. Pollard’s attorney is representing a woman whse son died and whose wife is so grief stricken that she shows her boobs in public. Mac says Michelle did nothing wrong. Who is immoral here? Can we have a trial on that?

From the very beginning this investigation was not handled properly and
the protocols were not followed, so this does not really suprise me that
Michelle was involved. I’m glad that the federal court is at least lookin
at this and i will keep praying for the Pollard Family.. We have to just keep
on pushing for the truth!!
