Legal Happenings………………….
Just this week all the lawyers for the dark side filed papers objecting to the amendment of the complaint. In better than 90% of cases, amendments are not even opposed because the courts almost always grant them. WHY WHY WHY WHY ARE THEY FIGHTING SO HARD TO KEEP THE AMENDED COMPLAINT FROM THE COURT????????????????????
Could it be:
A. Their motion has a good chance of being granted and is therefore a good use of taxpayer money for legal expenses; or
B. Their attorneys are just bored and looking for something to do in their spare time; or
C. They are worried that they will have to admit or deny the allegations in the amended complaint and since they have already discussed the amended complaint with their clients, it scares the bejeesus out of them.

Attention Supporters…. How about the news clip on channel 9 this am. If that is all they can report then don’t even worry with us. At the end of the news clip the lawyers for the other side are saying that they want this dismissed due to the FACT that it was all gossip. How can it all be gossip with documents that we have. Also it just burns me up that they think this is so unimportant. People wake up we have someone that was so wonderful who had his lifeTAKEN from him. If you look on the petition you will see that Troy admitted to being with MP while she was married, and he signed the petition to have her removed from her job. Wonder what she gave him that would make him want to destroy her career. I just can’t believe the elected officers are turning their heads. How many more men or women will admit to being with her. It is sad that one woman has to have all this negative attention that is the “princess “of what ever she is princess of. Her mother did a fine job and this is what she has produced. The real sad thing is that Steven is caught up in this. Lord please bless that child!!!!!

That’s easy to explain–think about this for a minute–Why would Mac and
Michelle want the courts to read more of this?? They don’t!! After reading
the complaints and added ammendment i am still amazed at how they can
even go to their jobs!! How they can even look at all their co-workers and
citizens of pitt county…. THEY ARE HIDING A DEEP DARK SECRET — and
its easy to see that —what is wrong with the commissioners that we
voted in ?? Have they read the complaints and ammendments of this case?
All i can say is GOD WILL BRING ALL THINGS TO LIGHT!!! Just look at all
the information that has already been brought to light….All in God’s time
the whole truth will be revealed!!! Keep your faith David and God will lead
you thru with victory!!!! And most of all Barbara,lynn,sandy and family
will be able to find some closure and peace.

Mac Manning and Michelle and their advisors are running scared.
I heard, last week, that Mac said he will not do anything to hurt Michelle and, also, says he will not run for sheriff for another term. Phooey on all of that; they should both be in jail.
A couple of weeks ago, there were signs in many places around the area; within a few days, they had all been torn down. Don’t know whether it’s Mac’s friends, his officers, or who is responsible, but, readers, please continue to post signs. All that it takes is for a few people to see them (before they’re torn down) and tell their family and friends to keep the message going. Hopefully, the sign thieves will not steal bumper stickers from our cars!
As for Steven, Michelle’s son, his website attests to the fact that he is already corrupted. He says he drinks and will not comment on whether he uses drugs (”takes the 5th on that,” he says). It’s a nasty website, unless he’s cleaned it up. I don’t have the URL, but my children showed it to me several months ago. What a shame; he was a nice young man while Stacey was in his life. Although he was Stacey’s stepson, Stacey really loved him–and he loved Stacey, but, now, he’s solely under his mother’s influence–and her stable of studs.
Please post the date of the local meeting, so that we may attend.

Pitt County Citizen and Voter you are correct with Steven My space page. Pure nasty with him only being 15 yrs old. And I thought the drinking age was 21 yrs old……… not 15 or 16. I know alot of kids do drink underage but with MP being in law enforcement you would think she would try to uphold the law. . Also if you will take a look at some of Steven friend pages their moods are HIGH…does weed still make you HIGH? Kids learn by example!!!!!! I believe we should still pray for him daily, you are right Stacey did have morals and tried his best to teach Steven, but the morals are gone and Steven is left with MOM or should I say the lady that gave physical birth to him. By the way where is Steven dad in all of this… does he live around here or does she even know who his DAD is. Maybe that is a rock we should not turn over. It could one of the many that she has slept with. Boy if she doesn’t know then the DNA stocks will rise !!!!!!.. Line starts here if you have slept with MP. Sorry !!!

I have been told that Steven’s dad lives in Bethel, NC. Don’t know what kind of relationship they have. A relative of mine has met him and says that Steven would be much better off living with him. Michelle probably gained custody because of her law-enforcement connections. She may be getting child support and we all know what she’ll do for money. People keep saying that she got $200,000 in life insurance when Stacey died; I heard that it was $400,00 (double indemnity) because his death was ruled (by her friends at the sheriff’s department) an accidental death.
There is a story that while Michelle was a resource officer at North Pitt High School (Bethel, NC), a young man died and, although she was aware of it, she failed to file a report until asked for why she hadn’t. Additional information concerning this story is that she may have been having sex with the young man when he died. Citizens in Bethel, do you have any knowledge of this? It was several years ago. David, you may already have this information. If not, I’m sure you could obtain the report from the school and the sheriff’s office should make it available to you–if it hasn’t been destroyed.

Pitt County Voter: We need this information you have about the death of the young man from North Pitt. There has to be someone out there that can retrace these facts. Someone out there must have had a child in school there at the time of this. If you know please help us. She needs to be off the street and roads of this county if this is two people that have lost their lives due to her involement. People we are talking murder!!!! People that can’t be repalced in our lives. I pray she has no connections with people I know and love. Can we obtain this report from the school? We have to have a connections somewhere. Has anyone heard anything from MP lately? Where is is at or what is going on with her at PCSD. Be AWare fall bike week in Myrtle Beach SC. Date Oct 3-8 2007.
